The Randy Travis Foundation provides support
for victims of strokes and cardiovascular diseases as well as arts and entertainment education for at-risk children. We raise funds through direct donations as well as ticket and merchandise sales at our high-quality entertainment experiences. Our events have a two fold purpose to raise funds and inform the public. |

RANDY TRAVISOn July 7, 2013, iconic country music superstar Randy Travis' life changed forever. On that day, he was admitted in critical condition to a Dallas hospital for viral cardiomyopathy after a viral upper respiratory infection. Three days later, he suffered a massive stroke and had surgery to relieve pressure on his brain. He spent over 5 ½ months in the ICU of various hospitals. He currently has difficulty speaking and is unable to walk or care for himself without assistance.

THE FOUNDATION
We use donated funds to work in three major areas...
STROKE REHABILITATION
We work with organizations around the country to provide stroke rehabilitation support. Click here to learn more about what's involved with Post-Stroke Rehabilitation.
|
VIRAL CARDIOMYOPATHY
We work with organizations throughout the United States to provide funding for the continued development of stroke and cardiomyopathy research, care and educational development. We carefully vet all partners to ensure that organizations receiving donated funds apply them with diligence.
|
MUISC & ARTS EDUCATION
We work with the Leadership Development Council to provide music enrichment opportunities for at-risk children. Randy serves as a personal example to not give up and continue walking in faith through all hardships. The programming he assists with gives hope to all children involved.
